Energy Consultants was set up in 2008 to cater for the new requirement to have buildings energy rated. Energy Consultants are qualified Building Energy Rating Assessors and we are registered with Sustainable Energy Ireland for both Domestic and Non Domestic BER Certificates. Our chief assessor is Kildare native Barry Goulding, who from a young age worked in his families hardware shop, Gouldings Hardware in Naas,Co.Kildare. He completed the Advanced Craft City and Guilds course in Carpentry and Joinery in the early nineties and he has over 10 years experience in the construction industry working as a site foreman for several large construction companies on a wide range of projects. This experience gives him a great insight into the materials and methods that can make the difference to the performance of your dwelling. We offer competitive rates for BER assessments and if you have more than one house or commercial building we will offer a better rate.
